Be Power is one of the main players in the emerging flexibility and demand / response (DR) services that play a significant role in improving the reliability of the electricity network. The Group, through its subsidiary 4energia, participates in the UVAM (Mixed Enabled Virtual Units) project by aggregating a multitude of distributed energy resources (DER – Distributed Energy Resources), managing to offer the electricity network operator (TSO – Transport System Operator) flexibility services within the dispatching services market (MSD). The aggregate entities within the 4energia ‘s UVAMs include energy producers and consumers, as well as electric vehicles that can take advantage of the flexibility of their batteries to participate in this market. Thanks to 4energia activity, these distributed energy resources can obtain an additional source of income and can contribute to make the reference electricity network more efficient.

By the union of 4energia activities as operator of Virtual Power Plant and Be Charge as owner of electric vehicles charging infrastructures, Be Power can establish itself as one of the few reference subjects for the development and dissemination of Vehicle to Grid services which will also allow users of electric vehicles to make the stability of the electricity network more efficient, providing the flexibility as their own battery. Be Power hopes that its contribution in this area will further accelerate the transition towards a more sustainable mobility for the benefit of all.
